Terms of Service

The rules for using The Money Wiki. Please read them, in particular the disclaimers, liability limits and arbitration section.

Last updated 1 November 2026

In short: The Money Wiki is educational. It is not advice, it may contain errors, some of it was written with artificial intelligence, and you use it at your own risk. Our liability is limited, and most disputes go to individual binding arbitration unless you opt out. This summary is for convenience; the full Terms below are what apply.

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

The Money Wiki website at moneywiki.app, including its pages, content, accounts, tools, emails and related features (together, the “Service”), is operated by Faisal Khan, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Money Wiki (“Faisal Khan, LLC”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Faisal Khan, LLC. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes it.

Other documents form part of these Terms where they apply, including our Privacy Policy and any written advertising, sponsorship or other agreement you sign with us. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls on the matter it covers.

2. Accepting these Terms

By opening, browsing or otherwise using the Service, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and they must not use it. You must be at least 18 to create an account or to do business with us. If you are between 13 and 18, you may read the public pages only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms.

You may not use the Service if the law prohibits you from doing so, including where you are the target of sanctions administered by the United States or another applicable authority.

3. Educational information only; no professional advice

All content on the Service is general information published for educational purposes. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, compliance, licensing or regulatory advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances.

Nothing on the Service is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy, sell, hold or use any security, cryptocurrency, stablecoin, financial product, service or provider. Nothing on the Service tells you whether a license, registration or exemption applies to you, or whether any activity is lawful in any place.

Using the Service, emailing us or receiving a reply does not create an attorney-client, adviser-client, fiduciary, broker, agency, consulting or other professional relationship. Any professional service from Faisal Khan, LLC or anyone else is available only under a separate written agreement, and these Terms do not provide one.

The Service itself does not take deposits, hold or transmit money, exchange currency or crypto-assets, issue payment instruments, lend, or provide custody, brokerage or investment services. Descriptions of those activities are educational and do not mean we perform them.

Before you act on anything you read here, check it against official sources and get advice from a qualified professional licensed in the relevant jurisdiction. Do not delay seeking advice, or disregard advice you have received, because of something on the Service.

4. Accuracy, age of content and artificial intelligence

The subjects covered by the Service change often. Laws, regulations, enforcement positions, licensing requirements, fees, exchange rates, market data, company details and other facts may have changed since a page was written or last updated. A “last updated” date, where shown, does not mean every statement on the page was verified on that date.

Some content on the Service was written or assisted by artificial intelligence and may not have been individually reviewed by a person. AI-assisted content can contain errors, invented facts, wrong citations or misleading summaries. Older content may also have been imported from earlier websites.

For all of these reasons, content may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or unsuitable for your purpose. We have no duty to update, correct or keep available any content, although we welcome corrections through our contact page.

Statements about a person, company, regulator or other organization are provided for education and may be drawn from public sources. They are not official statements of that person or organization. Always rely on the official source.

5. Accounts and sign-in

Most of the Service can be read without an account. Account access may be open, limited to a waitlist, or by invitation, and we may change this at any time. We may approve or decline any request for an account or waitlist place.

We sign users in with one-time codes sent by email. You agree to give accurate information, keep control of your email account, keep sign-in codes private, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the law says otherwise.

Accounts are personal. You may not sell, transfer or share one without our written consent.

6. How you may use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Service in a browser, share links to it, and quote short extracts with clear credit to The Money Wiki and a link to the source page.

Search engines and AI tools may read public pages in line with our robots.txt and llms.txt files, and should cite the original moneywiki.app address. This does not give anyone a right to republish the Service, to offer a substitute for it, or to remove any notice of ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. What you must not do

You agree that you will not, and will not help anyone else to:

  • break any law or regulation, or use the Service to plan or carry out fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing or other unlawful activity;
  • copy, republish, sell, frame or mirror the Service or a substantial part of it, or present our content as your own, without written permission;
  • build a competing or substitute database, directory or publication from our content;
  • access the Service in a way that ignores our robots rules or rate limits, or that harms its performance or availability;
  • probe, scan or test our systems for weaknesses, or bypass any security or access control, without our written authorization;
  • sign in as someone else, misuse sign-in codes, or attempt to reach accounts, administration areas or data you are not authorized to use;
  • introduce malware, or interfere with other users of the Service;
  • harvest email addresses or personal information from the Service, or use it to send spam;
  • misrepresent your identity or your connection with us, or suggest that we endorse you or your business; or
  • remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, disclaimer or sponsorship notice.

8. Content you give us

The Service may let you, or may in future let you, add a profile, profile image, comment, vote, correction, suggestion or other material (“Your Content”). You keep any ownership you have in it. You give Faisal Khan, LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display Your Content in connection with operating, improving and promoting the Service, to the extent this does not conflict with your rights under privacy law.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to give this license and that Your Content is accurate where it states facts, and does not infringe any right, defame anyone, contain confidential information you may not disclose, or break any law.

We do not have to publish, keep or monitor Your Content, and we may edit or remove it. It represents the view of its author and not ours. Please do not send confidential information or legal or financial details of a matter in the hope of getting advice. We may use suggestions and feedback freely and without paying you.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service and its content, text, compilation, classification, design, software, logos and branding belong to Faisal Khan, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. “Money Wiki”, “The Money Wiki” and related names and logos are our trademarks or trade names. You may not use them without written permission, other than to refer accurately to the Service.

Names and trademarks of other organizations belong to their owners. Their appearance on the Service is for identification and education and does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation, unless we clearly say so.

11. Corrections and other complaints

If you believe a page about you or your organization is wrong, or is unlawful for a reason other than copyright, write to us with the page address, the statement concerned, what you believe is wrong, and any supporting public source. We will review what you send and decide what action, if any, is appropriate. A request does not by itself oblige us to change or remove content.

12. Advertising, sponsored content and third parties

The Service may display advertisements, sponsored content, partner content and featured placements, and we may be paid for them. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for their own materials, offers, products, services and claims. A placement is not our endorsement, recommendation, due diligence or verification of the advertiser, including its licensing status. Check any provider independently before dealing with it.

The Service links to, and may embed material from, third-party websites and services that we do not control, such as share buttons, video players, official sources and our related sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, security or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Any dealing between you and a third party is solely between you and that third party.

Advertisers and sponsors also agree that their materials are lawful, accurate and properly authorized, and that we may refuse or remove any placement. Any audience or traffic figure we share is an estimate and not a guarantee of results.

13. Changes to and availability of the Service

We may change, suspend, withdraw or discontinue all or part of the Service, its content or its features at any time, with or without notice. This includes moving or removing pages. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, free of errors or available in any particular location. We are not obliged to keep a copy of any content or data for you, so please keep your own copy of anything you need.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, AND YOU USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

We do not warrant that content is correct or current, that it complies with the law of any place, that a license or provider described on the Service is valid or suitable, that the Service is free of viruses or harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. No advice or information obtained from us or through the Service creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAISAL KHAN, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS (THE “PROTECTED PARTIES”) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, FUNDS, CRYPTO-ASSETS OR DATA, OR ANY REGULATORY FINE, PENALTY OR ENFORCEMENT COST.

THE PROTECTED PARTIES’ TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (B) US $100.

These limits apply whatever the legal theory, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or statute, and even if we were told such damage was possible or a remedy fails of its essential purpose. They include any loss arising from relying on content, from a decision to operate or not operate a business or seek a license, from dealing with any third party or advertiser, or from unauthorized access to the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, such as liability for fraud or, where applicable, for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some places do not allow certain exclusions, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

16. Your responsibility for claims (indemnity)

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Protected Parties from any claim, loss, liability, damage, fine, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, Your Content, your misuse of the Service, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any business or activity you carry out after using the Service. We may take control of the defense of any such matter, and you will cooperate with us.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access or account, without notice or liability, for any lawful reason, including a suspected breach of these Terms, a security risk or a legal requirement. You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should continue will survive termination, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and disputes.

18. Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. If you are a consumer living outside the United States, this choice of law does not remove any mandatory protection given to you by the law of the place where you live.

19. Disputes, binding arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to go to court and to take part in a class action.

Talk to us first. Before starting a claim, send a written description of the dispute and the outcome you want to the email address in the Contact section. Both sides will try in good faith to resolve it for at least 30 days. Time limits for bringing a claim are paused during that period.

Binding arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved, it will be decided by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or its Commercial Arbitration Rules if you use the Service for business purposes. One arbitrator will decide the matter, and the Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Unless both sides agree otherwise, hearings will be held by video or telephone or, if an in-person hearing is required, in the county where you live if you are in the United States, or otherwise in Wyoming. Fees are allocated under the applicable rules. The arbitrator may award only the relief the law allows, and only for the individual claimant.

Class-action waiver. You and Faisal Khan, LLC may bring claims against each other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. Both sides waive any right to a jury trial for claims covered by this section. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will go to court and not to arbitration.

Exceptions. Either side may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either side may ask a court for an injunction to protect intellectual property or to stop unauthorized access to the Service. Those court proceedings, and any other claim not subject to arbitration, must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both sides accept their jurisdiction, unless the law gives you a right to use your local courts.

Your right to opt out. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days after you first accept these Terms by emailing us at the address in the Contact section with your name, account email (if any) and a clear statement that you opt out. Opting out will not affect your use of the Service.

Time limit. To the extent permitted by law, a claim must be started within one year after it arose, or it is permanently barred.

20. General terms

Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date at the top. Unless stated otherwise, a change applies from the time it is posted and does not apply to a dispute that arose before then. Using the Service after that time means you accept the updated Terms.

Entire agreement. These Terms and the documents they mention are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service, and replace earlier versions and understandings on that subject.

Severability and waiver. If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, it will be limited as little as necessary and the rest will stay in effect. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.

Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them, including as part of a merger, sale of assets or reorganization.

Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of hosting, network or email providers, cyberattacks, government action or natural events.

Relationship and third parties. These Terms do not create a partnership, employment or agency relationship. Apart from the Protected Parties, they do not give rights to anyone else.

Electronic communications and notices. You agree that we may communicate with you electronically, including by email or by notice on the Service, and that such communications satisfy any requirement that they be in writing. Notices to us must be sent to the address below.

Language. These Terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version controls to the extent the law allows.
