Would users value a service like BankSimple to pay nearly any global account with good rates and support?

A lot of people would be interested in this, provided:
- BankSimple has a money transmitter license for all States (44 at the last count)
- The exchange rate difference is low (less than 1%)
- They allow multiple payments to be batched together
- The settlement times are reduced
- Full online transactional history
