Which payment methods do people in Pakistan commonly use to pay for Facebook ad campaigns?

Pakistani Debit cards (some of them) do work on Facebook. You have to call up the bank to have them open it up. Standard Chartered is the most acceptable once.

Other alternatives are UBL Wiz & MCB Lite (highly recommended).
