Honestly, none of the banks. They somehow just don't get social media truly. If you look at all the banks that are engaging on Twitter, the numbers are dismal or if you were to read their tweets, its like reading in text how files mate!
This market is still (wrongly) stuck on measuring the success of their web page by measuring the number of hits, versus the actual page views or unique visitors.
Since, this is represents a serious learning issue, I think we will have to hold on a bit till the new Generation Y of Pakistan comes into Management (which they slowly are) and make the banks adapt social media more from a captive and engagement point of view as opposed to collecting "Likes" in a jar.
