Which merchant account providers do not require you to have a bank account?

Any decent merchant account provider will require you to have a bank account. Merchant services are offered by acquiring banks, and the money is meant to be transferred via bank accounts.

There are wallet providers that may overlook this aspect, but none that I can think of at the moment.
