As a legal tender printed note, its hard to beat the US 100 note. It is the most valuable currency note (as far as I am aware of) that is in 'common' circulation.
If you were to take a singular note (GBP1 or US$1, etc.) then the most valuable note is the Kuwaiti Dinar.
