Which countries still rely heavily on cash-on-delivery for e-commerce?

India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Afghanistan, Indonesia, Philippines (to a larger extent), Thailand (to a larger extent), Indonesia, Vietnam.

All these are countries where I have first hand knowledge about COD being the primary payment method.
