Which countries are largely card-only where you can pay almost everywhere with a credit card?

Turkey, particularly Istanbul. Turkey has a population of 75 million and 2.3 Million POS machines. Barring 4-5 very small street cart vendors, I was able to find everyone has a machine and would accept your credit/debit card. Even small magazine/newspaper stands, cigarette stands, ice cream carts, taxis, etc.
