Which banks and account types currently offer the highest interest rates?

Most banks offer mutual funds, and depending on the type of mutual fund you invest with, the returns can be as high as 100% (this needless to say, goes with risk - hand in hand). So if you are looking at higher interest rates than your typical (safe) CD, Mutual Funds might be a good place to look into. Some banks will offer the investment in a mutual fund, seem like a time deposit.
