Which aspects of Bitcoin appeal most to everyday, non-technical users?

The people I have talked to, usually don't get the 21 Million limited production of Bitcoins, or the 100th of a Million sub-parts, the non-reversible transaction, the near instantaneous transfer or the open ledger. The one thing that blows them away (in some sense) is that anyone with a TCP/IP connection can accept and/or trade in Bitcoins.
No need to qualify, no need to do this or that, just get a wallet and you're up and running. Analogous to email. Just as email was the great unification protocol for sending messages, Bitcoin will be the unification protocol for money.
The fact that its non-discriminatory and totally made for the Internet and available to all is what resonates most with the people I talk to (who are mostly non-techies and non-financial).
