There are literally 1000s of them. What care you need to exercise is to separate the good ones from the ones that are utterly crap.
In no particular order:
www.clickbank.com
www.cj.com
www.shareasale.com
www.amazon.com (their Amazon Affiliate Program)
www.google.com/ads/affiliatenetwork/
etc. (oh also check out Azoogle and PayDotCom).

One rule of thumb, the high the sales commission, the more crappy the product (typically), why so? becuase the product/service itself is so bad the owner is willing to give you a large chunk of the sale if you can manage to sell it. Key point is if.
