Most of my banking is done on the web. Branch level visits are limited to times when my physical presence is required.
The mobile banking element of my bank is not mature enough for me to use it. As a banking and payments person, I start finding flaws in it (and it does have some serious flaws).
So till then I force myself to use the web.
