For Bangladesh, you can get it directly from Bangladesh Bank's website (which is the central bank of Bangladesh): Page on Bb (see the box on the right hand side which will give breakdown of remittances - Country-Wise Inward Remittances).
For Pakistan, you can get it from State Bank of Pakistan's website: Economic Data (scroll down to external sector):
India's central bank, Reserve Bank of India does not publish this data, however, here are figures from our intelligence archive for 2010.
