Not necessarily. WIth the new core banking switches, it will be a 24-hour window for your account. Meaning if you reached your limit at say 3:43PM, then that is the time-limit for you - 3:42PM (next-day) before your limit is released again.

Older system, do end-of-day cycle, which depends from bank to bank, for some it is midnight, for others 4 AM. YMMV.
