I say let it be as is. Let me give you an analogous example.
Many years ago when American Express was debating the title for its frontline managers, the title at the time was Manager Loyalty & Retention. Through excessive research, American Express found that changing the title lessened the impact of the job description and often caused confusion as to the purpose of the work the person was suppose to carry out each day.
In somewhat of a tangential reference, many war veterans preferred the title of Shell Shock to the condition that they were under-going rather than the softer term of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. It lessens the impact.
The titles are not randomly chosen or arbitrarily assigned. The Fraud & Risk nomenclature adequately encompasses the job responsibility of the department - very well.
