What wireless or hardware solutions exist for international money transfer agents, and are there Stripe-like platforms for payments?

In the world of remittances transfers, wireless/wired equipment is seldom used. It might be used at the loading (Agent) locations for paying via a credit card / debit card, but that only makes the transaction more expensive. On the off-load side, they are rarely used.

Most of the transfer mechanisms are using pre-funded accounts so the balance to payout is always with the receiving MTO and they usually do COC (Cash Over Counter) or Direct Account Credit (be it to a bank account or a mobile wallet account).
