Also, you need to be cognisant with the local laws in India. You might have to register yourself as a financial services company (which may or may not require approval and/or licensing from your financial regulator).
Then you essentially have to hunt for a bank that would allow you to have access to its internet based acquiring node, and you would sign up as a merchant account with the ability to resell further and absorb that risk.
