Though this may not be what you are looking at, you could look at Bancbox (Seehttp://www.bancbox.com/). You can integrate their payment solution (API) and embed it using Facebook (for example) as the authorization/signup mechanism.
You would need some form of a signup. The only way to avoid that is to use some authentication measure (like Facebook's sign-in) that would allow your users to bypass that requirement.
