Having helped three friends, here are their challenges:
1. Fragility of the goods (high percentage of goods were damaged during shipment)
2. Shipping costs (it becomes a large percentage of the overall sale for items that are priced less)
3. Returns
4. Competition of similar items on etsy.com
5. Not enough sales
