No one knows.
This would require one to look at the daily published figures of each and every payment system in the world (there are over 1,900+ of them) and a vast majority of them do not publish their numbers.
The answer is easy in the Trillions of Dollars.
Just the FX market each day do trades of $7 Trillion (would a trade count as money transferred as a contract has just been executed between two parties). There is VISA/MasterCard where millions if not billions of trades a day, all those are money transferred. The B2B market is about $300-$400 Billion a day!
In short. Its a lot.
