The Momentum Visa Debit Cards cannot be loaded (as yet) via a Wire Transfer, hence the SWIFT code you are seeking would not be available.
The only way to load the cards currently is via Direct Deposit or Visa ReadyLink by visiting any Money Mart / Loan Mart store.
However, the US Bank (Bancorp) SWIFT Code is: USBKUS44IMT
