Get a Payoneer Debit card, and ask the client to pay on to that (assuming the client is only in the US). Payoneer provides a US ACH mechanism so that a person can push a payment onto Payoneer and it automatically comes into your debit card.
The debit card is free. Go to Fiverr.com and open an account and you will get one. Takes 2 weeks to get the card in Pakistan.
