The cheapest rate you will get is via your bank's wire transfer. If you are going to move all your money in one go, then a Wire Transfer is the best. The exchange rate you will get from your Bank in Indonesia would most likely be the best rate you can get otherwise (considering money brokers, Western Union, etc.)
For multiple times (I don't know why you would need to do multiple transactions), Wire Transfers can be expensive, in this case, you might want to opt for a Currency Broker.
