Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT) which does majority of the world's cross-border wire transfers, would most likely never indulge such information as it is confidential.
Bank for International Settlements - which is the world's central bank (in a loose term), does transfers and account credits within its member banks, but they would not be very high in number.
Perhaps the largest 'face" value wire-transfer would internally or externally be that of Zimbabwe's Dollar. With its hyper-inflation, the ZWD was worth as high as 300 000 000 000 000 ZWD = 1US$, so you can well imagine the wire transfer done for $100 worth of ZWDs.
So Zimbabwe would probably hold that record.
