Furthermore, I agree with you, the First Women's Bank Limited setup in Pakistan is essentially window-dressing to appease the women's vote or rights. Nothing more or less. Most bankers and those associated in the financial industry, don't even take First Women's Bank seriously (I don't for sure).
It serves no purpose in my view, and by creating one, you are creating the gender divide.
