What you are describing (if I read it correctly) is the ability to have the money collected on your merchant account to be wired to a specific bank account (be it yours or someone else).
This is a very common practice. Quite a few 3rd party payment providers will do this, one that does indeed do it - is 2Checkout or 2CO for short (See www.2checkout.com).
With 2CO, you can define any bank account on the backend, where you want the funds wired.
I am sure other providers like Braintree (company) and BancBox can also do this.
The transfers would be scheduled based on a preset threshold (in USD terms) or periodic.
