For every cheque cleared, there will be a fees, varies from 35 cents to 60 cents (depending on your volume, etc.).
Your ACH company may charge you a monthly fees for their portal access, technical and customer support.
There is a fees associated with chargebacks (or ACH transactions that are reversed by the FI or the issuer).
Not exactly a fees, there is a settlement time for funds that you should be aware of. Some do it it 48-hours, some in 3 days, most in 5-to-7 days. It all depends on your volume, line of work, etc.
