Two possible solutions I can think of.
It would be most likely that mobile wallets would be popular in the country. If not mobile wallets then some form of branchless banking which would run on USSD channel. In both these cases, it would be easy to implement the wallet transfer number or the telephone number online, on to which you would like to get paid for. Think of it as sending mobile top-up money.
There might even be a possibility of crude internet/mobile banking where by interbank funds transfer might be possible. Which again is providing your bank account information online and getting paid via an IBFT transfer.
