If your ultimate goal is to be able to accept credit cards from US customers, using a US based payment processor, you really don't need to incorporate in the US and/or have a US based bank account. There are plenty of payment processors worldwide who will process credit card payments for you and wire the money to you (as per your instructions) to your Indian Dollar/Rupee Account.
The only downside to such 3rd party payment providers is that the rate would be slightly higher than if you were to get your own merchant account. By higher, I imply the rate would be anywhere from 2% to 3.5% over the existing merchant acquiring rate.
To answer your question, there is not a way you can currently open a US bank account without having to visit the US. Be it company account or personal account.
