Honestly, Quora is a great resource. Another great resource to learn about the various payment systems, etc. is the Business section on DP (Digital Point) - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/
Granted the latter is jittered with Internet Marketeers and their processing issues, etc., but one does learn and picks up quite a lot of intel as to who is operating in the payments space in the Indian market.
Lastly, I would not discount setting up Google Alerts.
