Incorporation. LLC or Inc? Partners? Shares? Equity? Partnership agreement? etc.
Then, looking at your Legal, (assuming it an online or offline product/service), you need to get your Terms of Service, Acceptable Usage Policy, Privacy Policy, etc. etc. in order.
Incorporating and legal (even before opening a bank account) in my opinion are the two most important aspects.
