BitPay which is a leading provider of Bitcoin acceptance for your website, have a list they maintain of about 12,000 Merchants who accept Bitcoins.

Wikipedia which sadly as of date (14/Dec/13) does not accept Bitcoins for donations. However, the good folks at BitPay have setup a merchant account, so you can donate via Bitcoins and the money in US Dollars would be forwarded to Wikimedia Foundation V (organization)
