Banking via Skype / WebEx - I have always wondered why they don't train banking relationship associates to do remote banking via Skype or WebEx for clients. Run them through the experience online, yet remotely, with a personal touch of the human voice.
It can provide such a rich playing field for bankers to be able to cross-sell, get better feedback on the website usability, get to hear what customers are saying get more non-technical people online, reduce the cost of servicing a request, add another plateau to the alternative delivery channels, etc.
