Just a couple of things:
- Register as a Financial Services company
- Register with VISA/MasterCard (if you will be processing more than their monthly limit) - otherwise you're good
- Have a working relationship with an Acquiring Bank that would preferably enable you to integrate with say Cybersource or MIGS.
