Blunt answer: I pride myself in being able to understand payment systems (companies, products, people) almost immediately when I see them. Despite having a cinema display, I really really has to broaden my browser window just to fit your website.
On my regular window, your text keeps getting cut out. So you might want to look into that.
Too much happening on your page. It says convenient way to paying for online service. With your PayPal Partner Logo on top, isn't PayPal already a convenient way of paying.
Scrolling down, there was too much going on the left, the right and the penny-hour-glass. That is where I lost my interest.
Scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, you were about a 3.
