Letter of Credit (L/C) is perhaps the only banking law that is international. Though it does take a few changes here and there, it is pretty much an international element.
The Institute of International Banking Law & Practice is a not-for-profit educational and research organization dedicated to achieving a better understanding of banking law and practice and their relationship to each other
Not a law per se, but as guidelines, the Bank of International Settlements (in Basel, Switzerland) is often referred to as the Central Bank of all Central banks. They publish a lot many guidelines, etc. (for example the Basel II/III Frameworks comes from BIS).
