No there isn't Just like moving anything in the real world costs money (think fuel, people's time, etc.) moving money in the digital world also costs money, more so when you talk about moving money digitally across the world.
It can be made relatively cheap (read: nearly free) via Peer to Peer Transfers that do net-offs of demand and supply in two countries, but I doubt someone is going to deploy a system like this for free.
