Is there any bank that offers insurance services through its ATM network?

ATMs are cash-in/cash-out machines, they are not typically used to sell products &/or services. Most ATM usage would be card/cardless based transaction for payments.

I do not know of a bank offering insurance buy-in via an ATM. You could possibly make insurance payments via ATMs, but not the insurance selling aspect.
