The only international certification for Payments professionals that is accepted and honored worldwide is ACAMS (which is an AML certification) - See: ACAMS – Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists.
Anything else for payments professionals are mostly vendor or geography specific. Glenbrook Partners for example do their famous bootcamps, though they are US concentric: Payments Boot Camp.
SWIFT for example has in-house training, and you get a certificate from your employer as such, but they don't have a globally accredited diploma or anything: See: SWIFT Training Qualification Programme
ETA (Electronic Transaction Association) has a CPP (Certified Payments Professional) Certification, but then again, this tilts towards the US side of things. See: CERTIFICATION
The card schemes have their own training (depending which area you are interested in).
PCI has the QSA (Qualified Security Assessor) but that has more technology flavors than payments. See: Become a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA).
The Security Standards Council, also has a Payments Application QSA Certification. See: Become a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA).
