Is there an efficient way to automate making hundreds of payments to online retail customers besides PayPal?

A good (read: tech savvy) ACH processor would be able to do that for you. You would need to have the account details to which you would like to push payments into. Be a whole lot cheaper too. Only downside is that this would be US concentric.
