Is there a WordPress plugin to stream Quora activity to a blog?

What about the "Press This" button, which you can find under "Tools" (once you log in). That would allow you to be on any website, like say www.cnn.com/somearticle.html and you hit Press This and it will publish that article link on your blog. The caveat being that Press This has to be dragged to your browser. Works like a charm on Chrome, but haven't tried it with a Wordpress.com hosted account though.
