Is there a way to let users transfer money to each other directly from their bank accounts inside my app?

Assuming for the US: There are two ways of doing this:
- Intrawallet: i.e. all the funds are loaded to the wallet, and then intrawallet transfers happen.
- ACH: You can initiate an ACH push, but for this some a priori bank account information would be required.
