Is there a payment gateway that supports both Indian and international transactions? We currently use DirecPay, but it rejects cards with non-Indian billing addresses, forcing us to direct international customers to PayPal.

Alternatively, I've always been a fan of 2Checkout (See www.2checkout.com) and Braintree (company) (See www.braintreepayments.com). Braintree just recently went International, so expect them to serve your market in the coming weeks/months.
