Is the Payoneer card a credit card or prepaid debit card?

Payoneer’s card is a pre-paid debit card. The word pre-paid implies, that you must have money in your account for the charge to be successful. It is processed as a debit card. Merchants that require credit cards only (like some hotels and car rental agencies, some specific cloud hosting services, etc.) will not process Payoneer’s card as it is not a true credit card.

It works in almost 99% of the situations unless you come across a merchant that has the ability to detect and decline debit card payments (opting to prefer credit cards).
