My answer would be No. Although this is just a heuristic answer and I cannot back this up. Authorize.net being the processor, would value this data, for many reasons, and their refusal to share it or transfer it out might have to do something with the legal side of operations, storage and handling of customer card data.
Allowing them to 'transfer' this data out, they would need some rock-solid way of indemnifying themselves of any fraud or other related issues that may come up in the future, and to also ensure the past transactions cannot be reversed. They may have done it - but will they do this willingly for all clients? I doubt it.
