No one can predict the market accurately 1 week from now, let alone 30-50 years from now. It would be extremely difficult to say with some precision which particular type of investment would make you the most money. Honestly, any answer to this question, is speculative at best.
However, in the event if one were to make a singular investment (again a bad idea to have all eggs in one basket), I for one would invest in some stock index, and some favourable ones are NYSE and London Stock Exchange.
