Singapore & Hong Kong as your best bets. The latencies from Asia Pacific countries is low, the data-centers are excellent, don't expect US / European pricing though. The service levels you will see in SG or HK are excellent.
For server location within China, there are literally 100s of places you can place your servers, the large data centers in Shanghai and Beijing are most recommended, but can get pricey though.
All the big players like Equinox, DataPipe, Savis, etc. are in the region.
If you're serving high-bandwidth, you must understand, bandwidth regionally is very expensive, so a CDN, and or geographic clones should be something you should look at.
