How would you feel if you didn’t receive a printed receipt when paying in person with a credit or debit card?

I would not have an issue with not have a receipt all together for small transactions (lets say anything under $10).
$10 or over, I would like to get some form of a receipt, be it digital or printed. The issue comes when I go to a venue where I am not likely visit again anytime soon, I don't want to give an email address to get a receipt. The option of having a physical receipt vs a digital one should be presented.
