Betting & Gambling is already going digital. Traditional casinos have a hard time keeping up. If the society is truly cashless, the casinos would invent or reposition the digital form of money and make it glamorous again.
Casinos see a lot of small value cash traffic, that would presumably decline but then again, if you want to gamble/bet, you'd get with the program and play away.
Conformity will come from both sides, the casino operator and the players.
