How quickly would I receive my insured money if an FDIC-insured bank fails?

Short version: The donation campaign was completed in a couple of hours, Paypal was alerted (presumably via internal checks). They disabled their account, on citing that the donate button can only be used by Non-profits. Heln threw a fit. PayPal senior executive called, told her, she was right, the Paypal agent was wrong. Account restored. All is fine!
